Nancy L Kostrubanic, 80, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Nancy was born to the late Charles and Mae Perry in Baltimore, Md, she moved to French Creek, WV, then relocated to Girard, Oh. Nancy was a homemaker who was a great cook and even made the dresses for her 3 girls. She loved to volunteer and had a heart for service. Nancy would help with watching the grandkids and cherished the time she spent with them.
Nancy was a member of Blackhawk Ministries and a longtime member of the Discovery Class.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 55 years, Robert; daughters, Andréa (Jay) Hoverman, Renée(Ronnie) Salyers, and Megan Kostrubanic; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Louise(Jim) Martuccio. Nancy was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Riebe.
Funeral services for Nancy will take place on Saturday May 20th 2023 at 1:00 pm with calling beginning at 11:00 am, all at Blackhawk Ministries, 7400 East State Blvd. in Fort Wayne. Private burial will take place in Lindenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be directed to Eleos Hospice or Blackhawk Ministries.
