Obituary
Nancy Hoshour, 63, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Nancy was a daughter of the late Harold and Sophie (Fiedler) Vonderau. Nancy graduated from Woodland High School. During her working years, Nancy worked for ITT. While there her feisty personality gave way to a nickname her coworkers tagged her with "Buffy." For those who knew her, they knew really quick where you stood with Nancy. She was never one to back down from telling it how it was. Nancy enjoyed doing all sorts of crafts throughout the years, watching tv, especially old TV shows such as I Love Lucy. She was a member of County Line Church of God. Surviving are her siblings, Eugene (Mary Lou) Vonderau, Martha (Dennis) Wolfe, Richard (Liz) Vonderau; and 8 nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bob" Hoshour in 2018. A Celebration of Nancy's Life will be 2 pm, Thursday, April 24, 2025, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling one hour prior. Memorials may be made to County Line Church of God.
