Myrtle Frances "Fran" Olinger, 86, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Born in Kentucky, Fran was a daughter of the late Jim Marshal and Ora Evelyn (Kidd) Hollars. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother to her family. Surviving are her children, Dr. Timothy (Julie) Olinger, Mark A. (Marie) Olinger; 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson; and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Olinger. Fran was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert Olinger in 2017; and son, Daniel L. Olinger. A Cemetery Service will be 10 am, Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Concordia Cemetery Gardens Chapel, 5365 Lake Avenue, with calling one hour prior. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
