Molly K. "Moo" Hoffman Schory born July 22, 1963, took her last breath May 22, 2018 after a one-round fight with cancer that kicked her butt. She was a Senior Underwriter with K & K Insurance with over 30 years of dedicated service. Molly will be greatly missed by her adoring best friend and husband, David Schory. She was stepmother to Leslie (Peter) Chaparro and Bradley (Mekenzie) Schory; "Grandma Moo" to beautiful grandchildren Ruby, Andrew, Henry, and Roman Chaparro; favorite sister to siblings Amy Downs; Beth Brewer; Fritz Hoffman and Kurt (Molly 2) Hoffman; favorite daughter of Nancy Hoffman; "Aunt Moo" to Kathryn (Chris) Heck, John Erb, Sarah Erb, Michael Erb, Tanner Riley, Nick (Melissa) Goyal, Gabe Dimke-Hoffman, Meagan Hoffman, Josh Hoffman, Alex Hoffman, and Braden (Kristen) Hoffman. She will also be missed by many dear friends and co-workers. A true lover of animals, especially her dog Ellie and cat Maci. Molly was preceded in death by father, Donald Hoffman; brother, Frontz Hoffman and her grandparents. A special "thank you" to all the fantastic caregivers at Lutheran Hospital. Your care and support were truly appreciated by Molly and family. Funeral service is 7:30 PM Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Fairhaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton Street.
