Obituary

Michael "Mike" T. Johnson, 55, of Fort Wayne, went Home to the Lord on Thursday, June 19, 2025. He was born to Edward and the late Sandra (Gloor) Johnson on July 19, 1969 in Hicksville, OH. He graduated from Woodlan High School. Mike was a very loving father and grandfather. He worked for Keller Trucking and was a truck driver. Mike was an avid Notre Dame and Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoyed playing softball.

Mike is survived by children, Zachary (Taylor) Johnson and Ava Johnson both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Phoebe Louise Johnson, Parker Michael Johnson, and Jackson Keyes; parents, Ed (Susan) Johnson of Woodburn; siblings, Russell (Tracy) Johnson of Fort Wayne, Kimberly Johnson of Fort Wayne, Troy Tuto of Fort Wayne, Tamara (Steve) Van Vlerah of Payne, OH, and Jennifer (Dennis) Brock of Collinsville, OK; mother of his children and friend, Stacey (Jonas) Freeman of Fort Wayne; and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). Visitation will also be on Friday, June 27, 2025 at the funeral home from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Burial will follow the service at Hicksville Union Cemetery, Hicksville, OH.
