Obituary
On July 11, 2025, Michael Duane Hoehn, age 77, of Spencerville, Indiana passed away at Parkview Whitley Hospital.
Mike retired from Menards in 2010 where he worked as a Contractor Salesperson. His earlier years were spent working various sales jobs in the home improvement field. In his retirement years, he was a groundskeeper for an estate near Spencerville, IN. Fishing, golfing, mowing, and watching Purdue sports were his passions.
Mike leaves behind his beloved Goldendoodle (Ava Gardner); his sons, Kane (Chistie) Hoehn of Independence, KY and Travis Hoehn; sisters, Tamara (Todd) Speaks of Fort Wayne, IN and Sonia (Steven) Simison of Larwill, IN; sister-in-law, Lucinda Hoehn of Trafalgar, IN; nephews, Todd A. Hoehn of Franklin, IN, Raymond E. Hoehn of Trafalgar, IN; James A. Wise, David E. Wise of Fort Wayne, IN; Nicholas S. Simison of Pierceton, IN; and nieces, Amanda Vazquez of Fort Wayne, IN and Audrie D. Simison of Indianapolis, IN. Mike had grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Duane and Lois (Hathaway) Hoehn; sister, Dianne Janet Hoehn; and brother, Teddie Lynn Hoehn.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled at the home of Sonia and Steve in Larwill on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
