Michael A. Cooke, 40, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 unexpectedly in Philadelphia, PA. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on January 27,1981. Michael worked as a mover with Here to There Movers. He is survived by his wife, Angela Cooke; children, Jason Lee North Jr., Danielle Holbrook, Kaylaa Fisher, Mason Cooke, and Sir Niccolaas Cooke; brother, Jaime; and sister Kathy. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Michael Cooke. A private service will be held at a later date in Fort Wayne, IN. Fairhaven Fuenral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
