Melroy F. Grabner, 93, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne to the late Orville and Marie Grabner. Melroy was a member of First Wayne Street United Methodist Church, and a WWII Army Veteran. He enjoyed all types of sports, both watching and playing. Melroy is survived by his wife of 73 years, Thelma Grabner of Fort Wayne; children, Mike Grabner, Mel (Pat) Grabner II, and Barb (Phil) Schultz all of Fort Wayne; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Evelyn Clarke of New Haven, IN. He was preceded in death by 4 sisters; 2 brothers; and a great-grandson. Service is 11:00am, on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at First Wayne Street United Methodist Church, 300 E. Wayne St, with calling one hour prior. Calling also 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
