Matthew P. Fitch, 25, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Matthew graduated from Northrop High School. He then went on to serve in the Army National Guard. Matthew worked for Steel Dynamics as an operator for the past 3 years. He enjoyed bonfires, cooking and spontaneous adventures. He really liked cars, trucks and motorcycles. Matthew will be remembered for his sense of humor and his compassion and generosity.
Matthew is survived by his father, Arthur Fitch; and mother, Karen Fitch; sisters, Kelly (Ryan) Cleveland, and Mary Fitch; and 3 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at 3 pm with memorial visitation beginning 2 hours prior at 1 pm all at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be directed to Humane Fort Wayne.
