Mary Anne Stailey, 77, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026. She was born to the late Arthur C. and Louise (Casey) Singleton Jr. in Lebanon, IN on March 12, 1949. Mary Anne graduated from Logansport High School in 1967 and Taylor University as an English Literature major in 1971. She married Donald E. Stailey Sr. on August 7, 1971 in Cass County, IN. Mary Anne was a financial secretary for Blackhawk Christian School and retired from Purdue Fort Wayne in the IT Department. She was a member of Headwaters Church. Mary Anne loved knitting and gardening.

Mary Anne is survived by her husband, Donald E. Stailey Sr.; children, Donald “Junior” E. (Joni) Stailey Jr. and Anne (Robert) Correll; grandchildren, Nate Stailey, Grant Stailey, Benjamin Correll, Jacob Correll, Grace Correll, and Samuel Correll; siblings, Barbara Kelly of Rochester, IN and Paul (Ginger) Singleton of Warsaw, IN; and a host of relatives and friends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Hannah Stailey.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior at Headwaters Church (2000 N Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Headwaters Church.
