Martin "Tom" Platt, 79, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born in Portland, Indiana to the late Virgil and Ann Platt.
Tom is survived by his two children, Shayne (Laura) Platt; Machelle (Bill) Ellsworth, four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Dave; and sister, Jackie.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Doug Platt.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
