Martha Stilabower, 87, left for her heavenly home on Friday, February 11, 2022. She was born and raised in Gas City, Indiana a daughter of the late Harold and Violet (Adrianson) Wilson. She spent her career caring for others as a crisis counselor at Park Center and with the elderly at A Day Away Adult Daycare. Martha's favorite activities were anything outdoors, especially working in her flower garden, mowing, and shoveling snow. Even when she was in a wheelchair in her later years, she continued those hobbies. She adored spending time with friends and family, especially her dear friends Becky and Mary and grandsons, Brandon and Ryan. Martha was a strong, active, Christian woman with a beautiful smile. She was inspiration to those who knew her and she will be dearly missed. Martha is survived by her son Eric (Scheryl) Stilabower; Stephanie Stilabower; grandsons, Brandon, Ryan; siblings, Rick (Ann) Wilson, Terry (Jody) Wilson, Loretta (Joe) Blake, Donna (John) Shively, along with many nieces and nephews. Martha was preceded in death by her step-mother, Mildred Wilson; sister, Bonnie Harold; and niece Cindy Gipson. Service is 4 pm, Friday, February 18, 2022 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling from 2 pm until the service.
