Martha Belle Rasor, 89, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021. Martha was born on October 12, 1931 a daughter of the late Charles and Esther (Garlinger) Poling. She graduated from North Side High School class of 1949. Martha was a loving mother, and caring grandmother to her family. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. Martha enjoyed quilting, embroidering, and rooting on for her Fort Wayne Komets which she had season tickets for 30 years. Surviving are her children, Nancy (Jeff) Pickering, Colleen (John) Murray, Mary (Malcolm "Mick") Jackson, Arlene Hissong, Lois (David Dickinson) Rasor; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren with one on the way. Martha was preceded in death by her siblings, Louis Poling, Lelia Troxel, and Margaret Trachsel. Service is 10 am Thursday, July 15, 2021 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling one hour prior. Calling also at the funeral home, Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm. Burial in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church.
