Marsha Lou Meyer, 77, peacefully went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at her home, surrounded by those she loved most. Born in Muncie, Indiana, Marsha was the cherished daughter of the late Leonard and Bertha (Brown) Williamson.
Marsha graduated from Bluffton High School, class of 1966. She went on to spend her working years as an Executive Assistant, where her attention to detail, dependability, and quiet strength were greatly valued. She later married the love of her life, Duane Meyer, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion until his passing in 2019.
Marsha found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved traveling, especially trips to the beach and relaxing cruise vacations. Her happiest moments, however, were spent at home with her family—cooking, baking, sharing stories, and creating memories that will be treasured forever. She was known for her warm heart, generous spirit, and the care she poured into those around her. Marsha also enjoyed shopping and could always be counted on to cheer enthusiastically for the Indiana Hoosiers.
She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Brittany Nicole, Tyler Austin, and Delaney Kay, and her niece, Rhonda Catrett, all of whom she loved deeply.
Marsha was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Meyer; her daughter, Shelley Kay; and her two sisters. Though she will be greatly missed, her legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Private family services will be held. Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery in Churubusco, Indiana. Memorials may be made to River of Life Church, 122 Lamar Street Ste. 108, Bluffton, Indiana 46714. FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling arrangements.
