Obituary
Mark Martin, 80, Butler, IN passed away May 5, 2018 in his niece, Lanore Craig, and caretaker's home.
Born in Gas City, IN on October 15, 1937, he was the son of John Martin and Virginia (Richards) Martin.
He was Veteran of the United States Navy where he served 6 years.
He was the manager of the Credit Bureau of Ft. Wayne from 1975 to 1981. He then moved to Florida and was self-employed, then on to Helen, Georgia where he retired. Returning to Indiana in 2004. He enjoyed going to Nascar races and playing cards.
He is survived by sons, Mark Owen, Gas City, IN and Anthony (Reta) Martin, Muncie, IN, grandchildren Alex Owen and Shelby (Kevin) Coffey, and his sister Margy Carter, Fort Wayne. Also surviving are nieces, Lanore (Jeff) Craig, Butler, IN and Renee (Kevin) Lilly, Cropwell, Alabama, Nephew, Joel (Stacey) Carter, Savannah, Ga.
The family is honoring Mark's wishes and there will be no services.
