Marie Hull, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on April 30, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Felicitas and Donald Hull Sr. Marie attended Northside High School and later worked at Dana Incorporated in Fort Wayne, where she remained until her retirement. 

Marie enjoyed spending time with her family, trying new places to eat with her husband, cooking, taking her nieces and nephew shopping, and watching movies and TV shows. Whether sharing a meal, enjoying a shopping trip, or settling in for a favorite show, she cherished the simple moments spent with those she loved. She will be remembered for her sassy spirit, generous heart, and sarcastic jokes. Her loved ones will hold close the memories of time spent together, the laughter she brought into their lives, and the love they shared. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family. 

Marie is survived by her loving husband, Larry Smith; sister, Patricia Gerbers (Jerry); brother, Karl Hull (Cheryl); nieces, Felicity Springer (Lenn) and Samantha Shaw (Fred); nephews, Donald Hull III (Teia). and Shane Hull (Denise); great nieces, Kayleigh Blake (Shaun), Madison Aguirre (Carlos), Emma Shaw, Abigail Shaw, Lilliana Hull, Sara Lou Hull and Bristol Hull; and great nephew, Tarin Springer. Along with her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Hull Jr. 

No formal services will be held. The family will come together for a private gathering to celebrate Marie’s life and cherish her memory.
