Marianne A. Sorg, 86, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away May 26, 2017.
Born in Ft. Wayne Indiana. She was the daughter of Louis and Mary Kiep. Marianne was a 1948 graduate of Central Catholic School. She retired from Lincoln Life. Marianne was a 58-year member of St. Jude Catholic Church and a member of Rosary Society. She loved IU basketball.

Surviving are Sons Edward (Geri) Sorg, Anthony Sorg, Joseph (Sherry) Sorg, James Sorg, Louis Sorg, daughters; Ann (Donald) Marqueling, Maureen (Key) Pendleton, sister Eleen (Kenneth) Fogel, 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald J. Sorg, one brother, Donald Kiep and one sister Ruth Furniss.

Mass of Christian burial will be at St. Jude Catholic Church state and randailla on June 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with one hour of calling prior from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Calling will be on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 2:00 p.m-4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.-8:00 with a rosary service at 6:30 p.m. at Fairhaven funeral home 6557 N. Clinton St. Fort Wayne, Ind
