Margot Jean Turner, age 76, passed away Monday, October 7, 2024, in Fort Wayne. She was born in Louisville, KY, to the late John and Edith Heck. Margot lived a life of faith, family and friends. Her most cherished moments were spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. During the summer months Margot could be found by the pool, basking in the warmth of the sunshine. Margot enjoyed socializing and traveling with cherished life long friends and new friends alike. Margot will be remembered for her wit, laughter, and legendary birthday and Christmas cards. Margot is survived by her two sons, Chris (Angie) Turner and Jason (Pamela) Turner; grandchildren, Jacob (Mackenzie), Tiera (Devin) Josh (Sydney) and Jared (Jada); great grandchildren, Dimitri, Emmett, Magnolia, Beckett and Izabella. She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother, John and Edith Heck and her sisters, Sandy and Sally. A public memorial visitation will take place from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 10, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street). A memorial service will be held the following day at 10:00 am on Friday, October 11, 2024, at FairHaven Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
