Louise M. Keller, age 92, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late August and Welma Meyer. Louise spent her career employed by various local doctors' offices. After completing her LPN certification at the age of 58 she was employed at Sacred Heart and Lutheran Homes of Fort Wayne. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. She had a heart for helping people and later in life developed a love for dogs. Louise is survived by her children, Marsha Solomon, Deborah Fishering, Arthur "Ray" (Lynn Crickmore) Keller Jr.; grandchildren, Sidonie Osborne, Geoffrey (Brittany) Fishering; and great-grandchildren, Grace Fishering and William Ray Fishering; siblings, Paul (Dorothy) Meyer, Mildred (Marlin) Doctor, August Meyer, Emil (Beth) Meyer, Welma York, Mary Larison, and John (Eunice) Meyer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Keller; and sister, Delores Nine. Service is 1:00 pm, Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Fairhaven Funeral Home, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling two hours prior. Burial will take place at Lindenwood Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.
