Lon Martin Stucky, 47, of New Haven, IN passed away unexpectedly at home March 9, 2018. He was born March 21, 1970 in Van Wert, OH to Lynn Martin and Marcia (Merriman) Stucky. Lon's family moved from Willshire, OH to South Carolina when he was 8 years old. He was a 1988 graduate of Wagener-Salley High School. He enjoyed jamming on his guitar with his friends, loved astronomy, Star Trek, playing with his motorized helicopters, shooting off rockets and especially going to the Fort Wayne Zoo with his wife. Lon dearly loved their three cats, one of which ruled the house.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Deanne (Cannici) Stucky whom he married on October 18, 2008; mother, Marcia Stucky of Aiken, SC; sisters, Lori Stucky Coward (Robert) of Aiken, SC; Lisa Stucky Kirkland (Milton) of New Holland, SC; father-in-law, Rick (Gloria) Cannici of Winter Haven, FL; brother-in-law, Rick (Valarie) Cannici of Huntington, IN; nieces, Rachel and Kayley Kirkland; Kristen Coward; Mackenzi and Karli Cannici; nephews, Brendan Coward and Alex Cannici. Lon was preceded in death by his father, Lynn Martin Stucky; his paternal grandparents, Martin "Mike" and Verona Snyder Stucky and maternal grandparents, Elisha and Lois Book Merriman.

Funeral service is 11:30 AM Saturday, March 17, 2018 at FairHaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton Street with visitation from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Burial in Willshire Cemetery in Willshire, OH.
