Lisa Marie Pressler-Clark, age 68, surrerenderd her fight against cancer on July 13, 2025. She was born in Huntington, IN to the late Willam Pressler and Sandra J. Cotton. She graduated from Huntington North High School in 1975, and from Purdue University in 1978 with a nursing degree. She later married the love of her life, Ron in 1989.
Lisa worked as a nurse for 46 years, primarly in the field of psychiatry and mental health. She loved her work and strived to bring comfort and peace to all she worked with and advocated for. Lisa loved her family without ever thinking of herself. She would do anything for anybody whether it be a friend, family, or complete stranger. Her grandsons brought joy and happiness to her life and she will always love them. They were the light of her life. Lisa was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading and crafting, using artistic abilities to delight others.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald R. Clark; her daughter, Megan (Matt Burns) Pressler-Clark; step-son, Michael P. (Mandy) Clark; grandsons, Shaun, Alex, and Xavier; step-granddaughter, Rachel; and sister, Jill (Dave) Hamilton of Huntington, IN;
She was also preceded in death by her, step-father, John P. Moore.
A memorial calling is 9:00 am - 11:00 am, Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. A private family memorial service will take place at a later time.
