Lisa A. Ludwig, 65, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday September 30th, 2023. Lisa was born in Fort Wayne to the late John and Ann Campbell. She was a 1976 graduate of Northrop High School. She spent many years working for the medical practice of Dr. Robert Schleinkofer, and after that she worked for several other medical offices in a role of healthcare administration. Her most cherished job was being a nanny and caring for children as she did for nearly 5 years. Lisa was a longtime member of Good Shepard UMC. She loved to cook, and decorate for every holiday, some of which she even made up to give her a reason to hang lights and decorations. She adored the time she was able to spend with family and especially her grandchild.
Lisa is survived by her son, Thomas (Courtney) Ludwig; grandson, Ryan Ludwig; niece, Jennifer (Andy) Barnes; great niece, Sophie Barnes. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Emily Ludwig; sister, Laurie Wilson.
Funeral services for Lisa will be held on Friday October 6th 2023 at 1:00 pm, with calling 2 hours prior beginning at 11 am, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. Fort Wayne, IN 46825. Burial will take place at Lindenwood Cemetery. Preferred memorials in Lisa's honor may be directed to ASPCA.
