Lillian Diane Beyer, 69, of Indiana, passed away on September 24, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Lillian lived a life rooted in nature, kindness, and simple joys. She found her greatest peace outdoors tending to her gardens, nurturing every plant with her green thumb, and watching the birds she faithfully fed each day. Her dogs were her constant companions, and she cared for them with the same devotion she gave to her family.
Lillian cherished quiet mornings with a warm cup of coffee and evenings spent outside with a glass of wine, where she felt closest to the natural world she loved. Her gardens were her pride; the ocean brought her peace during evening walks along the beach, and visitors to her home could see the care, patience, and heart she poured into them.
Lillian is survived by her husband, Hans; her children, Ray and his wife, Amanda, and LaRae and her husband, Jeff; her stepchildren, Brayden and his wife, Sarah, and Britta and her husband, Justin; her seven grandchildren, Aubrie, Theo, Ryan, Noah, Lenora, Roland, and Natalie; her mother, Lillian Swift; and her sister, Crystal. Lillian was preceded in death by her father, John, and her son, Herbert. Her loved ones will carry forward her appreciation for nature, animals, and the beauty of everyday moments.
Lillian’s presence was gentle but strong, and her memory will continue to bloom in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
