LESLEY ANN UHEY, 80, passed away on Saturday March 20, 2021 in Fort Wayne. She was born in San Diego, CA at a naval base on September 24,1940 to the late Leslie J. and Thelma M. Stansbury. Lesley loved dancing, watching football, nature, spending time with her husband Ronald and her family. She was a kind gentle hearted person and was loved by students and staff at Southern Middle School where she worked for many years. Lesley is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Uhey; son, Jeffrey (Sherrill) Uhey; daughter, Heather Chappell; and her greatest joys her grandchildren; Erin Nicolette, Allyson (PJ) Wolf, Sarah (Cory) Hendrickson, Steven (Laura) Uhey, Riley and Hannah Krull; great-grandchildren, Delilah and Lucille Nicolette, Harper Wolf, Collin and Hallie Uhey. Service is 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior.
