Leroy E. Taylor, age 73, passed away October 11, 2025 in New Castle, IN with his son by his side, reading the Bible to him.  He will be remembered as a beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend.  Leroy graduated from New Haven High School in 1971, and later served in the U.S. Army.

Leroy is survived by his son, Edward Cook;  daughter, Victoria Cook Armstrong;  sisters, Ruth Patterson and Joyce Needham; niece, Debra Christlieb; and nephew, Dan Patterson.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Caroline Dickmeyer Taylor;  parents, Edward and Ellen Taylor;  and his sister, Dorothea Taylor.
