Laquite Hawkins was born on July 8, 1983 to the union of the late Brenda Hawkins and Robert Hawkins. She was number 5 out of the children of this union. She was also preceded in death by her brother Tyrone; son, Kejuan; and an aunt, Corine Hawkins. Laquite was a very sociable person and everyone that knew her loved her and she always had a smile on her face. On February 3, 2026God saw fit to call Laquite from labor to rest.
Lequite leaves to cherish her memory, two children, Lashonda Burton and Kiara White of Fort Wayne, IN; brother, Robert Hawkins Jr; sisters, Gloria and Lavergne of Illinois; grandchildren, Jordon (Robert Allen) Burton, Ja Marion, Jacarree; aunts, Shirley, Rose, and uncle, Eugene; special friend, Steve Black, and a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends. Her legacy will live on through them.
