Lana Jean Schaefer, age 77, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late James and Paula Pepple. Lana is survived by her two daughters, Shelly (Gilbert) Stueber and Stacey Selby; 5 grandchildren, Joshua (Julie) Worden, Jaremy Worden, Sawyer (Adam) Strong, Garrett Stueber, and Delaney (Marc) Baumann; 10 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Judy Klindt, Linda Mertz, and James Pepple. Lana was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Katie Selby; one great-granddaughter, Rowen; and her brother, Jeffrey Pepple. A private family memorial gathering will take place at later date. Memorials may be made to Humane Fort Wayne. Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
