Obituary
L. Jean Webster, 87, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, in Fort Wayne. She was born in Huntington, IN to the late Herman and Irene Elsten.
Everybody loved Jeannie and she never met a stranger. She and Bill had a wonderful life together for 65 years.
Jean is survived by her two daughters, Deborah E. (Greg) Warren, Pamela (James) Bly; eight grandchildren, Richard (Annette) Webster, Sara (Jose Quintana) Epple, Liz (Dan) Anderson, Andrew (Victoria) Webster, Thomas (Grace) Webster, Trevor (Rebecca) Bly, Jackson (Betzy) Warren, Clinton (Lauren) Bly; 23 great-grandchildren; and her beloved kitty, Dolly.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William B. Webster; and her son, William Curtis Webster. A Celebration of Life will take place at Fairhaven Funeral Home (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN) on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 12-2 pm. A private graveside service will take place at a later time.
