Kyi Lay, (69), of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on November 17, 2023. Kyi Lay, was born to Daw Shwe Zin and Oo Pun Shwen, on August 12, 1954, in Burma. He was a loving dad and grandfather. Kyi Lay was a man of few words, but his love for his family was always felt through his actions. He enjoyed going to church with his family. Even in his last days, he attended church with his family.

Kyi is survived by his wife Ma Pan and six children, Jimmy, Aye Star, Sa Kee Lar, Nay Thar, Hay Moo, and Saw Ler Bwe. Kyi was predeceased by his son, Saw Pwe Moo.

Funeral service will be on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 11am at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 (https://www.google.com/maps/search/6557+N.+Clinton+Street,+Fort+Wayne,+IN+46825?entry=gmail&source=g)) with visitation one hour before service. Burial will follow the service to Concordia Gardens Cemetery.

God saw how tired you were and said to you, "come to me." You will be forever remembered and forever missed. One day we'll see you and our little brother again in God's beautiful garden.
