Kevin Bruce Jenks, 62, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025. Born on April 12, 1962, Kevin was the beloved son of Bruce and Gloria Jenks. A proud graduate of Leo High School, Kevin built a meaningful career after joining the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 166 in 1989, where he remained a dedicated member for 35 years.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Gloria Jenks; his sister, Denise; and his cherished son, Mitch.

He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Leslie; his son, Nick (Bobbi) Jenks; and his adored grandchildren, Asher and Elliott Jenks. Kevin also leaves behind his three sisters, Debra Kimmerly of Fort Wayne, Dianna Cook of Oceanside, California, and Nicole Sheriff of Fenton, Michigan, as well as extended family and many friends who will deeply miss him.

Kevin found great joy in spending time with friends and family, especially attending his grandchildren's sporting events, where he was their biggest fan. He also loved the serenity of boating and fishing, pursuits that brought him peace and connection to nature, along with the thrill of watching racing and NASCAR.

Kevin’s legacy of love, laughter, and devotion to family and friends will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A celebration of Kevin's life will be 3:00 pm, Monday, January 20, 2025 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling two hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm.
