KELLIE COY HOCKEMEYER, 50, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center from complications resulting from Lymphoma and Covid. Born in Hammond, Ind., Kellie was the daughter of Edward and Kathleen Coy of Hoagland, Ind. She leaves behind her son, Aiden Hockemeyer, Concordia High School; and daughter, Micah Hockemeyer, Seton Hall University of Hoagland, Ind. Kellie was a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and Purdue University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She was currently employed with DRG Publishing as a Project Manager and loved her job. Her children were her main focus in life. She was devoted to their care and nurturing and was immensely proud of both of children. Her family wants to thank the outstanding compassionate care she received from her medical teams at Parkview Regional Medical Center and particularly, the Covid ICU Unit. A small private Catholic Mass at Our Lady of Good Hope Church. In lieu of flowers, her wish would be for donations made in her name to the Northeast Indiana Y.M.C.A. or the Northeast Indiana Cancer Association's Wig Program.
