Keith J. Koveloski, 44, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday December 8th, 2025.
Keith is survived by his wife, Marilena; son, Keith Jr., daughter, Milana; son, Jaxson; brother, Kevin Jr (Julie); nieces, Addison and Charlotte; father, Kevin Sr. and mother Terri.
