Kathy S. Stewart, 64, of Fort Wayne passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, one month after her husband, David Stewart passed away. Kathy will be greatly missed and remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who always enjoyed caring for her family. Arrangements are being handled by Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
