Kathy A. Eme, age 71, passed away January 17, 2026, in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born at the Chanute Air Force Base in Champaign, IL, to the late Dale Graves and Mary Ann Graves, who survives.

Kathy was a dedicated and loyal employee of Kelley Chevrolet for more than 40 years, serving faithfully as a warranty claims processor. She was also a longtime member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church.

Kathy had a special love for planting flowers, and her beautifully tended front yard on Spy Run Avenue was admired by many.

Kathy is survived by her siblings, Jaci (Dave) Beard and Kelly (Ed) Stange; four grandchildren; and her dog, China.

She was preceded in death by her son, Shawn Eme; and brother, David Graves

A memorial service is 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 2305 Goshen Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46808, with calling one hour prior, beginning at 10:00 am.
