Karen S. Uetrecht, 79, of Fort Wayne passed away on Tuesday July 23, 2024. Karen was the proud owner of The Nutcracker Sweet Shoppe for many years. She was a member of the ABWA.
Karen is survived by her children, Robin(Anthony) Trevino, Scott(Holly) Uetrecht, and Kathryn(Richard Nusbaum) Uetrecht; grandchildren, Devon, Corey, Eric, Taylor, and Gabrielle; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Robert Lehman, and Linda Hinen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Larry Uetrecht; parents, Harry and Carolyn Lehman; siblings, Larry and Hank.
A memorial service for Karen will be held on Monday July 29,2024 at 6pm with visitation beginning at 4pm at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. Preferred memorials in Karen's honor may be directed to Humane Fort Wayne.
