K. Michael Simminger, 79, passed away January 1, 2021. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Michael was the son of the late K. Edward and Luella Simminger. He faithfully served as a pastor of the LCMS for over 45 years. He was most recently a member of his baptismal home church, Emmaus Lutheran. Surviving are his children, Sarah (Michael) Grasch, Rebecca (Mark) McGaughey, Miriam (Jerry) Lunz, Judy (Heath) Whaley; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Steven (Latrisha) Simminger, and Paul Simminger. Service is 10:30 am, on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Emmaus Lutheran Church, 8626 Covington Rd. Calling is 4pm - 7pm, on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at FairHaven Funeral Home, 6557 N.
