Judy Ann Perez, 69, passed away peacefully Friday, January 22, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Judy was the daughter of the late Bobbie Herrick and Edna Banks. Judy graduated from South Side High School. During her working years, Judy worked for Wayne Candies and Morrill Motors. Judy loved playing bingo, euchre, going to casinos, and fishing. She enjoyed facebook and being able to connect with family and friends. Judy cherished her family and the times spent together. Surviving are her fiancé, David Guy; siblings, Michael Herrick, Connie Easley; pet boys, Pepe, and Poppi; sister-in-law, Judith Herrick, step-sisters, Karen Wysong, Brenda Johnson, cousin, Sandra Hernandez; along with many nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her siblings, David Herrick and Julia Banks. Service is 1 pm, Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling from 11 am until the service. Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
