Judy Bengel went to Heaven on November 25, 2025. She was born in New Kensington, PA on July 12, 1937, to Thomas and Pauline Mullica. She and her husband Don Bengel were childhood sweethearts who were married on July 14, 1956. They moved to Ft. Wayne, Indiana in 1971, with their five children. Judy had a variety of interests and owned a bakery. She also worked for the Allen County Recorder's Office for a number of years. For 20 years Judy and Don wintered in Ft. Myers, Florida. Judy loved animals and especially her own dogs. Her greatest joy was her family.

Judy is survived by husband, Donald; children, Deb Vanderford (Tom), Tammy Peters (Nelson), Tim Berry, Dave Bengel (Debbie) and Traci Bengel Bohdan. She was blessed with seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, LouAnn Burford.   Judy was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Terri Berry who went to Heaven first and what a celebration they're having with Jesus. Judy often said "It's been a great ride." And it was.
