Judith Darlene Schwartz, born August 5, 1942, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 10, 2024. She is waiting patiently for her husband William of 62 years, her daughter Cheri (Scott) Dellinger; their three children; son, Brett (Kristy) Beachy, children Timothy, Abigail, and Michael; son, Kyle (Emily) Dellinger, and their son Joshua; daughter, Kelsey Dellinger; Judy's daughter Carla Van Sickle; her daughter Lydia; and Judy's son Kerry (Kim) Schwartz; his two children, daughter Cassie (Cam) Schwartz, daughters Zoey and Kennley, and his son Kaiden, to join her. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and great-aunt, constantly giving of herself and her time to make each and every one feel special in their own way. She loved God, life, shopping, and singing, and though dementia took away her ability to communicate, you could still find her humming bits and pieces of harmony to some of her favorite songs, which she is now singing at the top of her lungs.
Funeral services will be held on Friday May 17, 2024 at 11:00 am with calling 1 hour prior at Christ's Church-Fort Wayne 3131 Maplecrest Rd. Calling will also take place on Thursday May 16, 2024 from 4-7pm at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. Burial will take place in Leo Cemetery. Preferred memorials may be directed to Christ's Church-Ft Wayne to benefit Christ In Youth (CIY).
