Judith Kay McClendon, 73, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025, in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England to the late George and Gene Tate.  Judy retired from CSX Railroad as a tower operator and previously served as a runaway counselor for Children's Services in Youngstown, OH. She was a proud member of the YMCA Silver Sneakers Club and cherished time with her family and beloved dogs, Neicy and Yu.

She is survived by her ex-husband, Earl McClendon;  children, Anderson (Cara Kalnow) Tate, Tyne (Christina) McClendon, and Farren McClendon; grandchildren Jordan, Simone, Rocco, Ayanna, Tyra, Aiden, Zia, Rori, Venice, and Zeryan; great-granddaughter Ember; and brothers Richard (Sheila), Scott, and Stewart. She was also preceded in death by brothers Charles, Derrick, and Maurice.

A service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling beginning at 1:00 PM.
