Juanita "Janie" Anderson, 82, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021. Born in Dallas, Texas, Janie was the daughter of the late Juan and Josephine Pena. Janie worked at General Electric for 31 years, prior to her retirement. She enjoyed crocheting, camping, and bowling. Janie was a loving wife, devoted mother, caring grandmother to her family. Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Larry Anderson of Fort Wayne; her children which she was so proud of, Josie (Michael) Stanley, Marsha Link both of Fort Wayne, Harold (Kelly) Fischer of Evanston, IL; grandchildren, Faith (Trevor) Hafner, Jesse Link, Christopher Fischer, Ryan Harrison; great-grandchildren; Oliver, Tenley, Rowan; siblings, Paul (Micheline) Pena, Rosie Pena; along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members. Janie was preceded in death by her siblings, Johnny, Aurora, Frances, and Freddie. Per Janie's requested, no services will be held.
