Joyce Linda Briggs (Emma Peele-Bellerjeau), 72, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, July 14, 2024. Born in Detroit, Michigan, she was preceded in death by parents Ida and Lester Briggs and three brothers, Lester, Tim, and Andy. She enjoyed traveling throughout her life for many years. She is survived by three siblings, Judy Chamberlain, Joan (Ron) Segall and Matthew (Jenifer) Briggs, all of Detroit, three adult children, Wendy (Gary) Cramer of Fort Wayne, Lori Williams of Indiana, and Allen Banks of Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Christina, Julian, Ashton, Zoe, Ethan, and Ellie, and five great-grandchildren. Private Family Services.
