Josh Walters, age 39, departed for his eternal heavenly home on Tuesday, August 16th. He was a loving husband to wife, Shannon, and father to his two beautiful children, Faith and Isaiah. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. Josh was a true original, an old soul with a great passion for living and a never quit mentality. He loved working sales for Colvin Kitchen and Bath, golfing with his buddies, and had great affection for classic cars and college basketball. People were often amazed by his impeccable memory as well as his unyielding devotion to penny pinching. Josh put tremendous value in maintaining relationships with his family and friends, but his most important relationship was with Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior.

Josh is survived by his wife, Shannon Walters, and two children, Faith and Isaiah; father John Walters; brothers Justin, Jason (Alycia), and Jacob Walters; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Paula Walters.

Visitation hours are from 4pm to 8pm at FairHaven Funeral Home, 6557 N Clinton Street Fort Wayne, IN 46825 on Thursday, August 25th. The funeral will be held at 11am, Friday August 26th at Central Ministries Leo Campus 14717 Amstutz Road, Leo, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at Parker Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
