Josephine M. Kurtz, 89, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus on Saturday, November 17, 2018. Born in Mishawaka, Indiana, Josephine was the daughter of the late Marion Kuhn and Nora Valentine. She was a school teacher in California for 20 years, prior to her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Abundant Life Church. Surviving are her children, Richard (Tina) Kurtz, Reed Kurtz, Marta (David) Keller; grandchildren, Tamara (Richard) Brown, David (Shanna) Keller, Taylor Kurtz; great-grandchildren, Caymbria, Brooklyn, Ava, and Eden. Josephine was preceded in death by her five siblings. Service is 2 pm, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Abundant Life Church with calling one hour prior.
