"Joseph Clayton Cook, 63, of Fort Wayne Indiana, passed away on May 22nd after a battle with MDS. He served in the US Army from 1977 to 1980. He was a beloved friend to all and will be missed.
Surviving are his daughter Kaitlyn, son Benjamin, grandson Gabriel, neices Amanda Berry, Arin Mickles, nephew Gavin Melnkovic, and siblings Brenda Kessler, William Misener, Bernice Burget, Georget Magner, Christina Spinazzola, and Kenneth Wixon. He was preceded in death by his parents Beatrice Faye Wixon and William E Cook, and sisters Dona Misener and Kora Wixon.
As per Joe's request, in lieu of a funeral or memorial service those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to water.org in his name."
