Dr. Jon D. Ingleman, 82, of Fort Wayne, passed away on January 16, 2025 after a long illness. He was an Orthodontist and Dentalfacial Practitioner from 1968 until he retired in 2019.
The many loves of his life include his wife Judy of 35 years, his family, traveling, photography, spending time with nature, his motorcycle riding group, physical fitness, his dogs, music and his home. He was known for his generosity, kindness and respect that he gave lovingly to all his family, friends and patients.
And let’s not forget about his great smile and laugh he shared so often!
He graduated from Ben Davis HS in 1960 where he was the proud senior class president.
Along with his wife, Judy, surviving are his brother, Richard Ingleman (Mary); daughters, Christine Dawn Kovachi and Cynthia Lynn Ivester; son, Jon Davis Ingleman; grandchildren, Jonjames Austin Ivester, Hayden William Ivester (Heather), Harlan Dale Ivester (Ana), and Benjamin Walter Ruther (Camryn). He was proceeded in death by his parents, Dwight and Martha Ingleman and sister, Beth Ingleman.
There will not be a memorial service.
Jon’s last wish was that his home be filled with flowers to celebrate his life and his love of nature if you would like to send a memorial in his honor.
