John Joseph Polcsak, 69, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, John was the son of the late John Lawrence and Sophie Jane Polcsak. John served our country as a U.S. Air Force veteran. He enjoyed fishing, watching Steelers Football, and working on cars. Surviving are his children, Jacqueline (Corey) Walker, Michell Baker, John (Kristi) Polcsak III., Robert (Rusty) Gibson; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters. John was preceded in death by his wife Donna Polcsak; and his brother. Private Family Services. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice or Cancer Services of NE Indiana.
