John Joseph “Joe” Lothamer, 73, of Fort Wayne, IN. passed away on Friday July 10th 2026.
Joe worked for Dana Corporation for 30 years before retiring. He then went back to work for TMI.
He enjoyed watching classic movies, planting flowers, and landscaping. Joe will be remembering for always being there for his family. He loved to help out anytime that he could.
Joe is survived by his special nieces, Katie Lapham, and Amanda Lapham; as well as many additional nieces and nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Bill Lothamer, Bob Lothamer, Jean Schmitt, Elizabeth Walchle, Charles Lapham, and Virginia Shoemaker.
There will be no services held for Joe and he will be privately laid to rest at Lindenwood Cemetery.
Preferred memorials may be directed to St. Jude’s Children Hospital in his name.
