John P. Ingermann, 81, of Fort Wayne, IN, formerly of Brookville, IN, passed away on Monday June 29th, 2026. John graduated from Connersville High School in 1963, then on to Ball State University where he was the class of 1967.
John spent his 39 year career with the Franklin County School Corporation as a Speech Pathologist. He also coached boys and girls tennis for 43 years. John enjoyed traveling and taking cruises. He also loved spending time with his family.
John is survived by his wife of 58 years, Pam Ingermann; son, Greg (Patty) Ingermann; daughter, Jennifer (Brett) Lanning; grandchildren, Zach (Carolina) Ingermann, Luke Ingermann, Derek Lanning, Megan Lanning, and Tyler Lanning; 1 great grandchild, Iván Ingermann; sister, Beth Schiebel; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Myrle Ingermann.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
