Jesús "Jesse" Martinez, 49, of Fort Wayne passed away on Friday June 6, 2025. He was born in Kendallville, IN on January 8, 1976 to Ildefonso and Elva Martinez. Jesse graduated from South Side Highschool in 1994. He enjoyed fishing, playing and coaching soccer, antiquing, bowling, and especially spending time with his 2 daughters and all of his family. He was passionate about his time mentoring with 4WARD. Jesse was a dedicated and loyal employee with GCG Industries for nearly 20 years. He is survived by his daughters, Alicia Martinez, and Cicely (Jacob) Johns; grandson, Jude Johns; brother, Alfonso (Angie) Martinez, sister, Maria (Adam) Hout; his parents; and nieces and nephews; as well as his brother-in-law, Jose "Joe" Parra. Jesse was preceded in death by his sister, Veronica "Noni" Parra. Funeral services will take place on Saturday June 21, 2025 at Fellowship Missionary Church, 2536 E. Tillman Fort Wayne, IN 46816 at 1 pm with visitation beginning 2 hours prior at 11 am. Burial will follow at Prairie Grove Cemetery.
